Jurgen Damen was one of three people killed in a twin shooting in the port city of Rotterdam on Thursday afternoon. Terrified students, patients and health workers ran for their lives out of the Erasmus Medical Centre, affiliated with Erasmus University, at around 2pm on Thursday in the port city of Rotterdam.
